Results from this study suggest that biofield and mock healing reduce fatigue, and that biofield healing alone increases cortisol variability in fatigued breast cancer survivors. Belief in receiving healing significantly predicts improvements in quality of life (but not fatigue or cortisol variability) in response to touch-based interventions.
