After treatment, young adults with cancer (YAs) reported poorer physical and emotional health but clinically significant better social health than matched peers without a history of cancer (HCs). YAs also reported comparatively stable scores for posttraumatic growth across posttreatment cohorts compared to HCs, who reported greater posttraumatic growth across posttreatment cohorts.
