Non-invasive 3D in-vivo imaging of capillary blood flow within human finger cuticle is reported by the use of optical microangiography technique. High-resolution image of microvasculature and red blood cell axial velocity mapping on capillary loops with ranges of ±0.9 mm/s and ±0.3 mm/s are demonstrated. The results are promising to facilitate clinical trials of treatment and diagnosis of various diseases such as diabetes, Raynaud's phenomenon, and connective tissue diseases.
