Functional triblock copolymers can not easily be prepared by conventional polymerization. Here, the synthesis of a variety of partially functional triblock copolymers by combined RAFT polymerization and polymer-analogous reaction is reported. The polymers are analyzed via FTIR, elemental analysis, and MALDI-TOF MS. The efficiencies of the different polymer-analogous reactions are compared.
