Graphene–polyaniline(graphene–PANI) hybrids are one-step electrochemically prepared by direct cyclic voltammetric electrolysis of a bath containing both graphene oxide (GO) and aniline. The alternating deposition of reduced GO and PANI results in layer-by-layer graphene–PANI hybrid films with topmost layer being PANI or graphene just by changing the initial scan directions.
