An intercomparison of spectroradiometers for outdoor solar spectrum measurements is described, and results are presented. Systematic differences in measurement results are analyzed to assess the impact on photovoltaic device calibration. Short-circuit current calculation using spectra data set acquired by different instruments as well as spectra mismatch calculations are performed for single-junction, double-junction, and triple-junction devices.
