Amphiphilic H-shaped terpolymers PLLA-b-(PDMAEMA-b-)PCL(-b-PDMAEMA)-b-PLLA&!rpar; were synthesized by the combination of ROP, ATRP and click chemistry. The amphiphilic terpolymers can self-assemble into spherical nano-micelles in water. The dually responsive properties of temperature and pH can be observed through DLS investigation. Moreover, the H-shaped terpolymer shows the unique thermal properties and crystalline morphologies according to DSC and POM measurements.
