Stimuli-responsive Janus particles are colloidal particles that have different functionality at different sides and are sensitive to different signals such as temperature, pH, light, etc. Due to their dynamic behavior, stimuli-responsive Janus particles are able to spontaneously assemble/disassemble or change their shape by folding/bending, which depends on their shape and structure.
