In this paper, we propose a new architecture to share Web objects among clients of Web service, called client cloud Web service (CCWS) layer. CCWS layer enables a Web server to reduce its network traffic by utilizing the resources of clients. CCWS layer can be easily integrated into current Web service protocol because it is in the middle of Hypertext Transfer Protocol layer and Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol layer.
