This paper presents a novel image signature based on the combination of global and local signatures for image copy detection. The novel signature takes the advantages of both global and local signatures, and it has good robustness to various copy attacks and has high discriminability between non-copies. Experimental results demonstrate our method outperforms the typical image copy detection methods in the aspects of both robustness and discriminability, which are two important factors concerning the performance of image copy detection.
