Tensile strain enhances the humidity sensitivity of a single β-Ga2O3/amorphous SnO2 core/shell microribbon on a flexible substrate. Based on this property, a novel flexible sensor is realized, which can detect both humidity and strain with rapid response and high gauge factor at room temperature.
