Silicon nanostructures are fabricated by a controllable and facile method that combined organic-vapor-assisted polymer swelling, nanotransfer printing (nTP), and metal-assisted etching. The patterned silicon nanostructures can be also obtained by a patterned stamp through the same method. Both the as-prepared silicon features exhibit the unique optical properties of antireflection and fluorescence.
