CHF5074 attenuates memory deficit in animal models of Alzheimer's disease. Here, we evaluated the effect of CHF5074 treatment on novel object recognition test and on acetylcholine release in Alzheimer's disease transgenic mice (Tg2576). The results suggest that CHF5074 has beneficial effects on visual memory and cortical cholinergic dysfunctions in pre-plaque Tg2576 mice. Thus, CHF5074 could useful for early Alzheimer's disease therapeutic regimens.
