The inside cover picture shows a successful coupling of photochemical NAD(P)H regeneration with redox enzymatic synthesis by using proflavine as a light-harvesting molecule. Proflavine exhibited a high capacity to drive the reduction of NAD(P)+ into NAD(P)H, and the photoregenerated NAD(P)H was enzymatically active to be oxidized by oxidoreductases.
