  • length 400 to 700 characters, including spaces
  • education (undergraduate, graduate) complete with institutes and dates
  • key positions
  • research interests
  • recent or major awards

Head and Shoulders Photo

  • bitmap format (e.g., TIFF)
  • resolution 300 dpi or higher
  • height/width ratio 1.4 (print size 45 mm x 32 mm or 530x380 px)
  • will be printed in color only if the rest of the manuscript also contains color

Example

Annette Author received her B.Sc. from the University of X (Country) in YEAR, and her Ph.D. from the same university in YEAR with Prof. B. Author. After post-doctoral research in the lab of Prof. C.
