Frontiers of Chemistry: The countdown to Paris
The final preparations for our symposium "From molecules to systems" are well underway. We look forward to meeting you on May 21, at the Maison de la Chimie in Paris, where we will be celebrating our 10th anniversary together with our sister journal ChemBioChem. During this exciting one-day event, ten internationally renowned scientists –among them Nobel Laureates G. Ertl (2007), J.-M. Lehn (1987), R. Tsien (2008) and A. Yonath (2009)– will discuss the future of chemistry. The talks will be accompanied by a poster session and will cover topics ranging from energy and materials research to biotechnology and medicinal chemistry.
The celebratory symposium is organised by Wiley-VCH and the Chemical Society of France (SCF) on behalf of ChemPubSoc Europe, a consortium of 14 European chemical societies. If for any reason you are not able to attend, you can still enjoy this exciting event at ChemistryViews.org, our new online service, where we will offer a live webcast of the symposium.
