Employment Relations Today Call for Papers

Employment Relations Today is intended to provide practical information in the area of employer/employee relations for HR and other upper-level managers. Authors must keep this readership in mind. Articles should be informative, analytical, and practical, but not highly technical. We seek material that will offer our readership new insights into, and new approaches to, HR management and employment relations issues.

Manuscripts are considered for publication with the understanding that they represent original material and are offered without fee to Employment Relations Today.

Articles must not have been published previously and may not simultaneously be submitted elsewhere.

Open Position: Editor-in-Chief of Employment Relations Today

Employment Relations Today Call for Editors

Wiley seeks applicants for the position of Editor-in-Chief of Employment Relations Today (ERT) for an initial term of three years with the option of reappointment annually thereafter. Transition into the position of Editor-in-Chief will begin as soon as possible, but no later than March 1, 2017. Responsibilities of the new Editor will include establishing the editorial direction and control of each issue. Candidates should have established networks both in academia and practice, prior experience working on a peer-reviewed journal, as well as writing and manuscript reviewing experience.
