Macromolecular journals celebrate further increase of Impact Factors
The Macromolecular journals and their sister journal Plasma Process. Polym. again have achieved very good ratings. The recently published 2005 ISI Impact Factors show four of the journals listed among the top 10 most cited journals publishing original results in polymer science:
Macromol. Chem. Phys. has reached an IF of 2.111 - the journal’s highest value ever.
Macromol. Biosci. celebrates an increase of the IF to 1.891 and is ranked among the top 10 polymer journals and top 5 journals publishing biomaterial science.
Macromol. Rapid Commun. has stabilized its IF with a value of 3.126 and is ranked third.
Macromol. Symp. also has reached its highest IF (0.913) since the launch of the journal.
Finally, Plasma Process. Polym. has received a brilliant first IF of 2.846. With this excellent value it is ranked among the top 10 journals in all categories it is listed in.
The editors of the Macromolecular journals would like to extend their thanks to all the Authors, Referees, and Editorial Board Members who have made this continuing success possible.
