Front Cover: The cover picture shows cyclodextrins (CDs) can discriminate subtle protein structural differences of human and bovine serum albumins (HSA and BSA, respectively). Two-dimensional nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy and circular dichroism spectroscopy demonstrate that α-CD and β-CD interact with the tyrosine and/or phenylalanine residues exposed on the surface of HSA but not with those of BSA, although HSA and BSA are homologous proteins. Further details can be found in the Communication by W. Oi, M. Isobe, A. Hashidzume, and A. Harada* on page 501.
