Front Cover: The cover picture shows cyclodextrins (CDs) can discriminate subtle protein structural differences of human and bovine serum albumins (HSA and BSA, respectively). Two-dimensional nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy and circular dichroism spectroscopy demonstrate that α-CD and β-CD interact with the tyrosine and/or phenylalanine residues exposed on the surface of HSA but not with those of BSA, although HSA and BSA are homologous proteins.
