Issue no. 2 is a regular issue consisting of 18 contributions distributed over 5 distinct parts. The issue has an “Emphasis on Proteins and Proteomics” with 7 contributions featured in Part I. This is followed by Part II that has 4 research articles on nanopore and nanoparticles based analyses. Part III has 2 contributions on agarose gel electrophoresis for the analysis of the structure fluidity of a phage T3 DNA packaging intermediate and analyzing RNA quality. Part IV has two research articles on microchip capillary electrophoresis with poly(ethylene glycol)-coated microfluidic devices and poly(dimethylsiloxane) microchips using a mixture of ionic and zwitterionic surfactants.
