IJNMBE Sponsors Best PhD Award at Compbiomed2015
Congratulations to Lucas O. Mueller the winner of the International Journal for Numerical Methods in Biomedical Engineering (IJNMBE) Best PhD Award in Biomedical Engineering at CMBE 2015 which took place at ENS Cachan, 29 June to 1 July. Lucas, of the National Laboratory for Scientific Computing, and the National Institute of Science and Technology in Medicine Assisted by Scientific Computing, in Brazil, won the award for his thesis, Mathematical Modelling and Simulation of the Human Circulation with Emphasis on the Venous System: Application to the CCSVI Condition. More information about the award can be found at the CMBE website http://www.compbiomed.net/2015/cmbe-awards.htm.
International Journal for Numerical Methods in Biomedical Engineering now indexed in MEDLINE
We are very excited and proud to announce that the International Journal for Numerical Methods in Biomedical Engineering has been accepted for inclusion in the prestigious MEDLINE abstracting and indexing service.
From 2012 onwards all volumes of the Journal will be searchable using PubMed. This will provide even greater visibility to the great research being published in the journal, particularly in the biomedical communities.
We extend our thanks to everybody who has contributed to this success, most of all our authors, our peer-reviewers and our readers, who continue to give us useful feedback.
