The Journal of Business Logistics is now published by Wiley-Blackwell beginning with the first issue of 2011. This change brings with it a number of more competitive process and technology changes:
> Authors are now able to submit their articles and revisions electronically—for faster turnaround of acceptance or revision requests from our Editorial Board.
> The Editorial Review Board has also grown to incorporate a number of assistant and associate editors with a broader variety of specialty areas.
> There will be a searchable database of articles by keyword to facilitate researchers and authors alike.
> A new article type: "Forward Thinking" articles which should be extremely timely with a large audience appeal and rely on unique data.
As we grow and improve with the adoption of new and speedier processes, we also maintain our focus on continuing the qualities JBL’s renown for: its strong commitment to quality research and valuable content.
