Health Science Reports is a fully open access journal for rapid dissemination of research across the full spectrum of biomedical and clinical sciences. The journal welcomes submissions in all medical fields, including but not limited to basic and translational research, clinical studies, methods and research design, health services and economics, public health, and medical education and practice. Health Science Reports considers all study types such as protocols, research articles, reviews, editorials, clinical perspectives and meta-analyses.
With a broad scope, the journal provides a unified outlet for rigorously peer reviewed well-conducted scientific research. The journal brings together a wide array of research to deliver value to researchers, practitioners, clinicians and patients. Health Science Reports publishes papers submitted directly to the journal and those referred from Wiley’s prestigious health sciences journal collection.

Meet the Editor-in-Chief
Dr. Charles Young is an experienced medical editor, publisher and writer. In the past he has worked as Executive Editor at The Lancet, Editor-in-Chief at the BMJ Evidence Centre, and Vice President for Clinical Solutions at Wiley. While at Wiley, Charles was the founding Editor-in-Chief for the Clinical Case Reports journal, leading the journal through its creation and launch. Charles trained as an emergency physician in London and continues to practice emergency medicine one day each week at St Thomas’ Hospital, London. Charles currently works as Chief Medical Officer for Capita Healthcare Decisions, Board member for iPlato, as well being a member of the NICE external accreditation advisory committee and the Cochrane Library oversight editorial committee.
Papers will be accepted solely on the basis of scientific rigor, adherence to technical and ethical standards, and evidence that the data support the conclusions.
