New Research Article on ‘Supramap’, an application that can track pathogens as they evolve
The article “The Supramap project: linking pathogen genomes with geography to fight emergent infectious diseases” by D. A. Janies  et al. has been published this month in Cladistics, and covers the new application, Supramap. This application integrates the genetic sequence of pathogens with geographic information in order to track the spread of a disease amongst various hosts and to follow the emergence of key mutations across both time and space.
