The International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP) is the oldest international association of psychologists. Founded in 1920, the IAAP was organized primarily to establish contact and communication among psychologists on an international scale. IAAP now boasts more than 1,500 members from over 80 countries and aims to:
'Promote the science and practice of applied psychology and to facilitate interaction and communication about applied psychology around the world.'
