Beginning at 12:00 AM US Central time on Friday, December 16, 2011, all new submissions (journal and conference) should be submitted using the Scholar One site at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/joar . All revisions of previously submitted manuscripts should continue to be sent to the BE Press site through June 30, 2012.
