The Political Studies Association's Richard Rose Prize in 2011 has been awarded to Dr Claire Annesley, University of Manchester, for her publications on British public policy that open up a new stage in gender studies. Dr Annesley's article in Government and Opposition - Gender, Politics and Policy Change: The case of welfare reform under New Labour contributed to her winning this award.
