The Joint winners of the 2009 Competition (Awards presented in 2010) were;
Doris Laepple for her essay entitled Adoption and Abandonment of Organic Farming: An Empirical Investigation of the Irish Drystock sector
and
Graeme Doole for his essay entitled Evaluating Input Standards for Non-point Pollution Control Under Firm Heterogeneity
