Mistakes We Make in Dialysis
This special edition of Seminars in Dialysis, is meant to challenge some of our more common practices in providing renal replacement therapy. We developed a list of controversial practice topics and “assigned” them to less controversial experts. And while there certainly is enough controversy to question whether or not we are really “mistaken” in our practice, these opinion pieces are meant to stimulate thought, question conventional wisdom, and, in the process, hopefully improve our care of patients with end-stage renal disease.
