Increased Impact Factor
In the recently released 2010 Journal Citation Reports, Alcoholism's Impact Factor increased to 3.468. The journal is now ranked 3rd out of the 14 substance abuse journals listed.
With 11,714 cites in 2008 and 2009, Alcoholism received more cites than any other journal in the substance abuse category of ISI.
