Authors who wish to submit their work for publication in Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety should first consult the Author Information Page on the IFT website (www.IFT.org). We work together with one of Wiley’s open access journals, Food Science & Nutrition, to enable rapid publication of good quality reviews that we are unable to accept for publication in our journal. Authors of papers rejected by our journal may be offered the option of having their manuscript, along with any related peer reviews, automatically transferred for consideration by the Food Science & Nutrition editorial team. Authors will not need to reformat or rewrite their manuscript at this stage, and publication decisions will be made a short time after the transfer takes place. Food Science & Nutrition will consider manuscripts from every food science and nutrition topic. Food Science & Nutrition is an open access journal and article publication fees apply.
