William Fahrenholtz appointed editor-in-chief of the Journal of the American Ceramic Society
ACerS president Bill Lee announced that William G. Fahrenholtz will succeed David Green as editor-in-chief of the Journal of the American Ceramic Society (JACerS). Green retired at the end of 2016. Fahrenholtz’s five-year appointment is effective as of January 1, 2017.
As editor-in-chief, Fahrenholtz will serve as principal architect of the scientific content of the Journal and grow its impact worldwide.
The Journal of the American Ceramic Society is pleased to announce its 2015 Impact Factor is 2.787* which has further improved on last year's and is ranked #2 in the Materials Science-Ceramics category.
