ADHD Virtual Issue
ADHD – attention-deficit/hyperactive disorder – has come into focus of interest during the very recent years. Not least the simple fact that ADHD is brought from childhood into adolescence and further into adulthood.
Acta Psychiatrica Scandinavica gives priority to ADHD papers. This virtual issue presents our contributions to the field in 2010 and 2011. The papers deal with neuropsychiatric, cognitive, clinical and treatment aspects of ADHD, e.g. Zoëga and co-workers' findings that the use of ADHD drugs varies 100% among the five Nordic countries.
