The Robin Heath Citation Award - 2017 Winner Announced

Each year, the editor of Gerodontology acknowledges the author(s) whose paper has generated the most citations over the last five years (2011-2016). This year’s winner was “Oral health care and aspiration pneumonia in frail older people: a systematic literature review,” written by Claar D. van der Maarel-Wierink, Jackie N.O. Vanobbergen, Ewald M. Bronkhorst, Jos M. G. A. Schols, and Cees de Baat. The winner received a certificate, a cash prize from the Gerodontology Association and recognition at the journal’s editorial board meeting held at the IADR General Session in March 2017.
