Journal of Consumer Affairs has a New Editor!
Sharon Tennyson of Cornell University is the new editor of the Journal of Consumer Affairs. Dr. Tennyson is an expert on consumer protections and financial regulation. Her teaching and research focuses on the impact of government laws and regulation on consumers and financial institutions, particularly the workings of insurance markets. Tennyson also serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Risk and Insurance, the Journal of Insurance Regulation, and Insurance Markets and Companies: Analyses and Actuarial Computations. She holds a Ph.D. in economics from Northwestern University and joined the Cornell faculty in 1998.
