Aims and Scope


The Journal of Applied Biobehavioral Research is a quarterly publication devoted to rapid communications in behavioral medicine. Topics covered include health, population growth, crowding, eating or sleep disorders, pain, violence, poverty,  environmental stress, exercise, cross-cultural differences, gender differences in behavioral and biological response to stimuli, drug abuse and addiction, workplace safety and health, behavioral medicine, environmental psychology, and the psychology of chronic illness.
