June Special Issue: Risk and Long Term Conditions
Professional practice is profoundly shaped by the way in which policy and services engage with risk construction and management. This special issue looks at how risk informs theory, policy and practice in care of people with chronic illness, enabling them to live positively with a long-term condition.
Important Information: Discontinuation of JCI
A decision has been taken to discontinue the Journal of Nursing and Healthcare of Chronic Illness as a standalone journal from the end of 2011.
Wiley-Blackwell are keen to continue to support publication of papers in chronic illness and should like to encourage the submission of papers to one of our other Wiley-Blackwell journals which welcome papers in this area, such as The Journal of Clinical Nursing and Journal of Advanced Nursing.
We apologise for this inconvenience.
