Molecular Ecology Resources has published a special issue on Single-Nucleotide-Polymorphism (SNP) development in non-model organisms. The papers in this issue originate from a workshop held in Washington, March 2010 - SNP Workshop III Applications of SNP Genotyping in Non-Model Organisms. Topics covered include the use of Sanger and next generation sequencing in SNP discovery, the analysis of SNP data, and reports on the application of SNP genotyping to a variety of research and management questions.
