Andrology

The impact of Andrology can easily be calculated based on the Impact Factors of the two journals which have combined to form it.

The 2011 Impact Factors (the latest available) were released in June 2012. For the International Journal of Andrology and the Journal of Andrology these were 3.591 and 2.968, respectively. The combination of the two journals has an Impact of 3.294. We believe that this is an appropriate measure of the impact of the new journal, which will be stronger with the support of both the European Academy of Andrology and the American Society of Andrology.

ISI will publish the first official Impact Factor for Andrology in 2015 (based upon citations received in 2014 to the new journal).

Welcome to the new merged journal of the American Society of Andrology and the European Academy of Andrology, incorporating Journal of Andrology and International Journal of Andrology. The first issue of Andrology has been published, dated January 2013.

All articles accepted for publication, and approved by authors, but not yet assigned to an issue can be found here. Authors please note, these articles will not be listed on PubMed until publication of the final issues of both International Journal of Andrology and Journal of Andrology in December 2012.
