Richard S. Katz (BA Michigan; M.Phil., Ph.D. Yale) is Professor and Chair of the Political Science Department at Johns Hopkins. He was co-editor of the European Journal of Political Research (2006-2012), and of the EJPR Political Data Yearbook (1996-2006).
