Author Guidelines

In 2011, Philosophical Books became Analytic Philosophy. Edited out of the University of Texas at Austin, the journal focuses on peer-reviewed research articles—original philosophical work in all areas of philosophy. Book symposia, critical notices, and reviews are still carried, as well as discussions and other sorts of philosophical pieces.

Submissions in any area will be accepted. There is no antecedent restriction on length. Please submit manuscripts to be considered at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/analyticphilosophy

Style guidelines
Submissions should be prepared for blind review. The style guidelines for first round reviewing are liberal. Papers following any standard citation format (e.g. MLA, Chicago, etc.) will be accepted. We ask, however, for submissions in 12-point font and double-spaced throughout. All quotations should be given a page reference.

Wiley's Author Services
Author Services enables authors to track their article - once it has been accepted - through the production process to publication online and in print. Authors can check the status of their articles online and choose to receive automated e-mails at key stages of production. The author will receive an e-mail with a unique link that enables them to register and have their article automatically added to the system. Please ensure that a complete e-mail address is provided when submitting the manuscript. Visit http://authorservices.wiley.com/bauthor/ for more details on online production tracking and for FAQs and tips on article preparation, submission, and more.
