- No purchase necessary.
- The closing date of the draw is 15th Dec 2012. Three(3) winners will be drawn in the week commencing 17th Dec2012 and the winners will be notified by email.
- This Prize Draw is not open to John Wiley & Sons Inc., personnel or members of their families.
- One entry per person is allowed. All entries will be pooled and 3 winners picked at random.
- Each winner will receive a copy of Pain-Relieving Procedures: The Illustrated Guide. No cash alternative will be offered, however the publisher reserves the right to supply a substitute prize if necessary.
- Entries to be submitted on the official form provided herewith. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- All entrants are deemed to have accepted these rules.
