Abstract

The chalcopyrite‐like structure of Cu2M SnQ 4 is an ordered tetrahedral array of flattened CuQ 4 and undistorted MQ 4 and SnQ 4, with a low lattice thermal conductivity. The [Cu2Q 4] tetrahedral layers are electrically conducting, and the [SnMQ 4] layers are electrically insulating.
