Abstract

Large‐area five‐lobed and triangular graphene grains growth on textured Cu surface by chemical vapor deposition are first demonstrated. With precise control over the oxygenation via introduction of Ar gas during the annealing process, it allows crystal reconstruction of Cu surface and thus results in formation of graphene with controlled asymmetric shapes.
