Computer Applications in Engineering Education supports Engineering Reports, a new Wiley Open Access journal dedicated to all areas of engineering and computer science.

Computer Applications in Engineering Education announces the following Special Issues, to be published in 2021:

Special Issue on Artificial Intelligence In Education. This issue is is focused towards drawing original works related to development and refinement of smart agents that can be applied across educational domain. 

Special Issue on Computational Thinking for STEAM and Engineering Education. This issue will addresstopics that fit the theme of “Computational thinking for STEAM and engineering education”. Contributions addressing practical educational approaches, as well as theoretical contributions in connection to the transdisciplinary and holistic perspectives on STEAM and engineering education are particularly encouraged. Review articles on CT integration into STEAM and engineering education are also of interest.

Special Issue on Distance Learning MOOCs and Globalisation of Engineering Education. This special issue aims to enrich the body of research that addresses the globalisation of distance edu-cation, with special but not exclusive attention to engineering education.
