Diversity and Distributions is an open access, international, biodiversity journal devoted to the advancement of conservation biogeography, spanning applications of biogeographical principles, theories and analyses to problems concerning the conservation of biodiversity.
We publish reviews and primary research papers on a wide range of biodiversity subjects. As an open access journal, our broad reach helps researchers, policy makers, and members of the environmental community stay informed on important issues.
Diversity and Distributions joined the Wiley Open Access portfolio in January 2019, when all articles (including the entire back catalogue) became free to read, download and share for all. In May 2019, Diversity and Distribution was accepted into DOAJ. This exciting development places the journal at the forefront of open science in the community.
