Irrigation and Drainage, the ICID journal, publishes research and application in practice on scientific, engineering, environmental, and socio-economic issues associated with irrigation, drainage, and flood management.
We are an international journal with a focus on human intervention to manage water for sustainable development and management. Our papers cover the application of technology and management to provide water and drain excess water, prevent salinisation and water-logging, protect land from flooding, and maximise water usage by appropriate allocation, conservation, drainage, and reuse.
