Personnel Psychology is a psychological research journal centered around people at work. Articles span the full range of human resource management and organizational behavior topics, including job analysis, selection and recruiting, training and development, performance appraisal and feedback, compensation and rewards, motivation, organizational climate, teams, and leadership.
We welcome research conducted at multiple levels of analysis, including individual, team, and organizational. Published articles include original empirical research, theory development, meta-analytic reviews, and narrative literature reviews. Each year a best paper award is given to a paper published two years prior.

The aim of the special issue is to advance knowledge about navigating inclusion and exclusion to improve employee experiences in contemporary organizations.
Submission Process and Timeline
To be considered for the Special Issue, manuscripts must be submitted between August 1st and August 31st, 2025 (by 8:00 pm U.S. Eastern Time, August 31st, 2025). Papers for this Special Issue cannot be submitted prior to the first day of August 2025.
