About This Journal
Ethics & Human Research (formerly IRB: Ethics & Human Research) aims to foster critical analysis of issues in science and health care that have implications for human biomedical and behavioral research.
In January of 2019, The Hastings Center’s longstanding journal IRB: Ethics & Human Research officially became Ethics & Human Research (E&HR): a revised, expanded journal featuring articles by leading scholars in research ethics. In "Widening the Lens," Editor Karen J. Maschke introduces E&HR.
