Stefan Spiegel: Stefan studied chemistry at the University of Mainz, Germany, and received his Ph.D. in 1995 from the Max-Planck-Institute for Polymer Research, Mainz, for his work on solid-state NMR investigations on polymeric systems under the guidance of H. W. Spiess. He has worked as an editor of the Macromolecular journals since 1997, and at present he is the Editor-in-Chief of Macromolecular Theory & Simulations and of Macromolecular Reaction Engineering. Stefan also is the Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Applied Polymer Science and of Advanced Theory and Simulations.
Mara Staffilani: Mara is the Editor-in-Chief of Macromolecular Chemistry and Physics and of Global Challenges. She is also Deputy Editor of the other Macromolecular Journals and Editor of Advanced Functional Materials and of the Journal of Applied Polymer Science.
Mara received her PhD in physical chemistry from the University of Amsterdam, Netherlands, in the group of Luisa De Cola for her studies on luminescent metal complexes for diagnostics applications. During her doctoral degree she spent two years in the research laboratories of Roche Diagnostics. She joined Wiley-VCH in 2003 and is based in the Weinheim office.
Bo Weng: Bo obtained her B.Sc. at Beihang University (China). She subsequently obtained her Ph.D. degree in chemistry at the University of Wollongong (Australia) in December 2012.
